JUBA – Top opposition officials are telling Sudans Post that General Johnson Olony Thubo who was nominated by opposition leader Dr. Riek Machar, but was not appointed by President Salva Kiir, as Upper Nile state governor hasn’t spoken to the main armed opposition leader.
Olony was nominated by Machar in June last year fir gubernatorial seat of Upper Nile state which was allocated to the SPLM-IO. However, the controversial opposition commander was rejected by Kiir on the grounds of being a warmonger who he said would complicate reconciliation efforts in the oil-rich state.
Olony and the SPLM-IO have previously denied the claims and accused the president of working in violation of the revitalized peace agreement which states that each party to the 2018bpeace deal choose its nominee to any position allocated to it.
Machar after a long stand off with Kiir replaced General Olony with Abudhok Ayang who was instantly appointed by President Salva Kiir. Later on reports say Olony was not happy with the appointment.
Speaking to Sudans Post this morning, senior opposition officials said the Machar hasn’t spoken to General Olony who has since left Khartoum for his base in Northern Upper Nile state.
“Dr. Riek hasn’t spoken to Olony since the appointment of governor Abudhok Ayang as governor of Upper Nile. We don’t know why but he hasn’t spoken to him since that time,” states one opposition official in Juba.
Another opposition official in the Sudanese capital Khartoum said “General Johnson Olony is busy in his base with organizational issues which are of utmost importance to the movement and hasn’t get time to speak to the chairman and commander in chief.”

General Johnson Olony Thabo is not happy about losing governorship in Upper Nile State and I think he has no interest in talking with his boss Dr. Teny. The President deny him not to take that position of executive because of two things. 1 he is absolutely a warmonger general and there is no question about that. 2 he has no history or records of attaining Secondary school certificates leave about College level and therefore, he will not be able to bring rivalry community together unlikely to that new governor general Abudhok Anyang which is capable to make reconciliation and healing process between his Shilluk community and Apadang Dinka community and that is what the leadership is about.

And thus, they resort to what they always do best, ‘chess game or football play South Sudan and the South Sudanese’ just like they always do in countries like ‘Democratic republic of Congo (Central Africa republic (C.A.R), some of their West African countries, some Southern African countries of Angola, Zimbawe or Mozambique, Abesh (so-called ethiopia) like during their so-called *COLD WAR* and the evils hope that our country and our people would be re-united with their cloned so-called arabs of North Sudan
Just like their then ‘East And West Germany’ and then go and brag that their damned so-called *Western Civilization has triumphs over their so-called socialism or capitalism*
Mr. Riek Machar was the ones who came up with 21 states. South Sudanese people were not even interested with the issues of more states then. But when Mr. Salva Kiir and his allies went for 32 states to keep the lawless Nuers and Shilluks (Chollos) in own states manage them.
They later found out that the oil wells are in the Dinka/Jaang/MuonyJieng/Jenge Villages after all. And so, their masters nudged them again to go back to 10 states. Can you see Mr. Aduol Liet chap.
The level of HATRED and RACISM these ‘traitors, foreign puppets/stooges and thieves’ have caused in our country and over our people has gone pretty very much chap..
