Abyei chief administrator in Bentiu for ‘Northern Corridor States’ meeting

General Kuol Diem Kuol is expected take to "part in the scheduled meeting of the Northern Corridor States and Abyei Special Administrative Area peace meetings that is expected to be held in Unity State, Bentiu."

BENTIU – The Chief Administrator of the Abyei Special Administrative Area General Kuol Deim Kuol along with a huge delegation comprising members of his government are in South Sudan’s Unity state capital Bentiu for meeting of Northern States Corridor meeting that is expected to kick off in Bentiu on Monday, according to a statement.

The statement issued by the government of Abyei Special Administrative Area and extended to Sudans Post, the General Kuol arrived in Bentiu on Thursday morning and was received at Rubkona Airport by Unity state governor Joseph Nguen Manytuil Wijang and is expected to participate in several functions organized by the Unity state government.

“On Thursday 17th, June, 2021 – The Governor of Unity State Hon. Joseph Nguen Monytuil Wejang welcomed the Chief Administrator of Abyei Special Administrative Area Hon. Lt. Gen Kuol Deim Kuol and the accompanying Delegation in the state Capital, Bentiu,” the Abyei government statement reads in part.

It further added that Kuol “will hold bilateral meetings with the Governor of Unity State as well as participate in the opening of some important institutions of public Service in Unity State besides taking part in the scheduled Northern Corridor States and Abyei Special Administrative Area peace meetings that is expected to be held in Unity State, Bentiu.”

The Northern Corridor States meeting is an initiative that involves South Sudan’s states bordering Sudan. They include Unity and Upper Nile states, Abyei Special Administrative Are and Ruweng Administrative Area.

    “Abyei chief administrator in Bentiu for ‘Northern Corridor States’ meeting”

    Just keep the government in Ngok Dinka/Muonyjieng capitals and viallages, if it is very hard for you, then take it to ‘Kiir Ngol/kiir Adem or Here in Upper Nile’. But Muglad would be taken by the highly trained South Sudanese army boys/girls.
