“I Maj. Gen. William Deng Gach do hereby give my full support to the Kitgwang Declaration; and would like to join 1st Let. Gen. Simon Gatwech Dual and his deputy 1st Lt. Gen. General Deng didn’t give any reason for his resignation, but only said he “no longer under the leadership of the farmer C-N-C of SPLM in Opposition (SPLM/IO) Dr. Riek Machar Teny from today on ward.”
