JUBA – South Sudan Vice President for Infrastructure Taban Deng Gai has said that the government is not leaving any part of the country behind in its efforts to construct major highways linking the whole of the Republic of South Sudan to the capital Juba saying oil revenues are means to be used by the government to achieve those developmental goals.

The senior government official made the remarks following an inspection visit to the construction site of the Juba-Bahr el Ghazal Highway part of which, he said, will be inaugurated during the country’s celebration of its 10th independence anniversary by President Salva Kiir Mayardit.

“The oil that is coming from the oilfields in Ruweng Administrative Area, Unity state [Unity and Tharjiath] are all meant for development of the country mainly road. We are now paying this money for roads and then soon also, electricity, power will come in, also airport, transport and dredging the Nile,” the vice president said.

“We are implementing directives of the president, his policy of oil for development. We must make sure that we bring results for the people of South Sudan and we are not leaving everybody behind and I know all South Sudanese are rushing for roads everybody wants roads today not tomorrow,” he added.

The vice-president stressed the important of the infrastructure “because it is going to the oilfields in Bentiu, it is going to all areas of Bahr el Ghazal and you know this where the resources are and also this is where much of the population lives.”

South Sudan government in March 2019 signed an agreement with Shandong Hi-Speed for construction and upgrading of major national and interstate highways beginning with the Juba-Bahr el Ghazal Highway and the agreement provides for the funding and building of the infrastructure.

The agreement between the government and the Chinese firm was reportedly reached in August the previous year to construct several roads linking the capital to all the ten states in return for at least 10 barrels per day.

That amount of oil was later on updated to become 30 barrels of crude oil per day

“Government ‘not leaving anybody behind’ in road construction projects”

Well, the oil would be depleted, but the infrastructures or roads would remain remain as South Sudan and South Sudanese people properties.

Right after South Sudan independent in 2011, Mr. Salva Kiir took almost all of his then ministers to Washington to go and solicited Americans investors to come and invest in South Sudan, then the war was considered over. And the US was given the first priority by the South Sudanese people because the American people are considered to have stood with the South Sudanese people during our trying times.

But the US investors turned down South Sudanese people honest offer. And matter-of-factly the US investors went told Mr. Salva Kiir and his then ministers in Washington, that there were no “infrastructures in South Sudan for them to come and invest in them”.

Well, that was precisely true then and up to day. The evils corporate America and their associates, thought, South Sudan would hand over our oils, land and other resources’ keys to corporate America, the UK, their evil juus (so-called israelis) and their gulf Arab states financiers and some of their creeps in between. When Mr. Salva Kiir and asked the Chinese investors to come and invest in South Sudan. And the Chinese people agreed that they would come and invest in South Sudan.

The evil corporate America, the UK, their evil juus (so-called israelis) attack dogs, their gulf Arab states’ paymasters and some of their creeps in between who covet our country and our people death that ‘South Sudan and South Sudanese are going to be colonized by the Chinese’.

Lowly informed South Sudanese people, the evils love affairs with our country and our people has gone too far. And the vermins/parasites are going to be blitz out of our country and over our people pretty badly. Reasons, pure HATRED and RACISM.

South Sudan is not *a damned evil white Americans, English people, their cloned so-called arab of North Sudan, Abesh (so-called ethiopians) prostitutes, their damned UN, their sleazy NGOs, their evil juus (so-called israelis) attack dogs, some of their Bantuses, their UNMISS of Indians, Pakistanis, Nepalese, Bangladeshis, Sri Lankan or their Catholic, Anglican, Presbyterians, Muslims, jews, Shamans or Voodoos or Irish low lives.

Who do these vermins/parasites really think, they are?

The vermins/parasites have attached themselves to country and over our people like ‘leeches or ticks’. But there are some limits to tolerance to these evils. This is South Sudan and South Sudan is not their *Democratic republic of Congo (D.R.C), Central Africa republic (C.A.R) some of their West Africa Bantuses’ countries whom they often chess game or football played every (10) then or over every 50 (ten) years), Angola, Malawi, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Namibia, Mozambique, Lesotho or South Africa. Like during their *so-called COLD WAR*. But these days, it is not a COLD WAR, but a HOT WAR. Which will see some of these vermins/parasites out of MAP or out of this PLANET EARTH once and for all, reasons, pure HATRED and RACISM.
