According to official results announced by speaker of parliament Jemma Nunu Kumba, women have won four seats (44%) while men got five seats (55%).
Kumba said all previous SPLM members of East African parliament have maintained their positions and two candidates of the the main armed opposition Sudan People’s Liberation Movement in Opposition (SPLM-IO) won.
Meanwhile one candidate from South Sudan Opposition Alliance (SSOA) and one from Other Political Parties (OPP) lose to independent candidates.

- Wuda Jeremiah – SPLM
- Gabriel Garang – SPLM
- Kim Gai Ruot – SPLM
- Gai Deng Nhial – SPLM
- Luke Thompson – SPLM-IO
- Sadia James – SPLM-IO
- Mukulia Kennedy – Independent
- Gideon Gatpan – Independent.
