JUBA – A man who has been in jail at Juba Central Prison for more than 13 years has been found not guilty of the crime he was detained for more than a decade ago.

The Director of Juba Central Prison Lt. Gen Michael Malou Makuac released the prisoner identified as Kenneth Kawonda Joseph, and asked him to forgive those who detained him for nothing.

Kenneth thanked the Director for prisons and said he was happy that it has finally came to light that he was not responsible for the crime.

The 42 years old man was sentenced to death 13 years ago for an alleged murder.

His case came to an end after several battles at the court of appeal.

The idiots who jailed him should pay him for destroying his life.

So serious, please whoever jailed him must undergo the same way Kenneth experience in prison. law enforcement could let us know how they worked in such case (13yrs in prison). Forgiveness come, but the Law & human right will do their part in professional manner , Thanks citizens
