The formation of the committee comes one week following an attack by Miseriya militiamen on an Abyei village that resulted in the killing of 12 people and wounding of several others.
According to the decree read out on the state-owned South Sudan Broadcasting Corporation (SSBC), Kiir said the committee will be led by the Presidential Advisor on Security Affairs Tutkew Gatluak.
Other members of the committee that comprise three members of the Revitalized Transitional Government of National Unity (R-TGONU) include Assa Abas Akuei, Dr Luka Monoja, Deng Biong Mijak, Majur Babur Ajang, James Deng Lual and Kom Kom Geng.
Kiir tasked the committee to negotiate with the Sudanese government in a step the government hopes will lead towards an amicable solution for the final status of the disputed enclave.
According to the decree, the committee will “negotiate with the Sudanese government in the spirit of the Comprehensive Peace Agreement (CPA)” which brought about an end to a 21-year old conflict that has killed and displaced millions of people.

What is there to negotiate about over Abyei?
The Ngok Dinka voted overwhelmingly in 2013 with 97% to have nothing to do with the cloned so-called Arab North. And their referendum was results was tacitly recognized by their brothers/sisters in the South Sudan. A visitor can’t forced himself/herself onto the owner’s property or land.
Solution here is to arm the Ngok Dinka community to teeth and move the army to border areas. Enough is enough with these vermins/parasites, they have attach themselves to our country and over our people like leeches or ticks. And they think, they can always blackmail our country and our people. And that South Sudan would be reunited with the evils we hate to death.
And yes, we have some of scroungers here in South Sudan who have taken these shifty endless negotiations as their own way of eking out a living. Yay! Before all these nonsesnes. we have told our foolish elders and fake PhD doctors that there are some evils in the US, the UK, the UN, their sleazy NGOs, their lackeys here in the IGAD, the Africa Union (the AU), their evil juus (so-called israel) and their gulf Arab states paymasters who have devised a very dirty and dangerous game.

That from Euphrates rivers, Tigris Rivers and right up to our Nilotic plains and valleys, And evil juus (so-called israel) attack dog civilization would expanse to. And that this so-called Israel civilization would be brought about by the so-called *most powerful sovereigns of the US, the UK and France, evil juus (so-called israel) itself, And that, this so-called israel civilization would be financed by some some thieves, secret societies’ criminals who have stashed away their loots in: Israel, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Hong Kong, Adis Ababa, Nairobi, Johannesburg, London, Wall Street, Panama, Bahamas, and other shady countries the evils always go and hide their loots in.
And that countries of *South Africa, Zimbabwe, Kenya, Abesh (so-called ethiopia) prostitute, North Sudan, Ghana and Nigeria in West Africa would be made manufacturing centers. And that the resources in Zimbawe, Democratic republic of Congo (D.R.C), central Africa republic (C.A.R), South Sudan would be made as collaterals by these vermins/parasites for their would be manufacturing hubs*

Abesh (so-called ethiopia) is a landlocked country, but doesn’t has the resources. And the vermins/parasites would go and write their propagandized books and nonsenses, that their so-called *capitalism has prevailed over their so-called socialism and communism*—–South Sudan, is being *projected here as *communist or socialist country and North Sudan is being projected as a capitalist country*.
*There would be a second Holocaust/Auschwitz*. Reasons, pure HATRED and RACISM.
President Salva Kiir Mayardit always waked up when someone say something and he has no Idea as a leader. The People of Abyei did their referendum process and they voted in favor South Sudan but he kept quiet supposedly, he and his government officials accepted the results. The ICC rule in favor Ngok Dinka unfortunately, the President Salva Kiir Mayardit seems to not following the case after Omar al Bashir refused vigorously.
General speaking, the armies tribe Misserya are causing problems everywhere in Sudan and South Sudan, they are killing Darfurians people in Western Darfur region on the other hand, they are killing people of Abyei.
