JUBA – South Sudan’s President Salva Kiir Mayardit has set preconditions for resumption of the Rome talks with holdout South Sudan Opposition Movements Alliance (SSOMA) led by General Thomas Cirilo Swaka saying they must first cease hostilities before the talk could resume.

Kiir issued this condition in his speech during the opening of the first session of Transitional National Legislature in Juba on Monday as he reacts to an incident where gunmen killed five people, including two nuns, on the Juba-Nimule highway on 16th August.

The civilians were ambushed while traveling from Loa Parish in Torit Diocese, Eastern Equatoria Province in South Sudan, for the Loa Parish Centenary Celebrations.

“Talks with SSOMA will only resume after they cease killing the innocent people and show their commitment to documents they have signed in Rome. It is only when they meet these conditions that genuine dialogue will resume,” Kiir said.

Kiir described the recent killing of four innocent civilians along the Juba-Nimule highway by members of the Opposition Movement Alliance as the taste of the governments’ patience.

“We have decided to pause the ongoing Sant’Egidio led Rome Peace initiative. Our pursuit of an inclusive peace should never be taken for weakness and used as a window to kill the innocent,” he said.

The head of state wondered why the NAS forces would continue to target civilians along main roads despite their commitment to the Cessation of Hostilities.

“We have signed with Rome Declaration and Rome Resolutions with SSOMA and the re-commitment to Cessation of Hostilities in December 2017 and Declaration of Principles,” he stated.

“The goal of signing these documents was to stop fighting and save innocent lives. These were our commitment to inclusivity,” he added.

He said the members of the document of SSOMA signed with the government were also part of confidence-building aimed at achieving lasting peace in the country.

“Now that SSOMA is specifically the National Salvation Front elements continue to violate this commitment,” he said.

“Kiir sets preconditions for resumption of talks with Gen. Cirilo”

Not only preconditions, let the boys of South Sudan of NSS find him and haul his treasonous arse back to Juba to come and face South Sudanese rage, and if he is not cooperating, then they would know, what what to do with traitors. Mr. Salva Kiir has has let the leash loose, and this is why our country had in a mess. Mr. Thomas Cirillo was bombed out of Juba in 1992 and came and be given higher ranking position by Dr. John Garang including, Jamese Wani Igga and Mr. Salva Kiir himself, than the SPLA boys who have bombing Mumundurus (Arabs) out of their villagers and towns.

Mr. Thomas Cirillo stole South Sudan army money and run to Adis Ababa on the directives of foreign masters. He went and screamed that South Sudanese should run away from from South Sudanese, because they are being killed by Mr. Salva Kiir and Jenges government, and yes, they ran to Northern Uganda. There was no Jenges killing them, but they stoke a violent in Yei and kill innocent Jenges and non Jenges.

Where is Mr. Thomas Cirillo? If he is here in the region, then let South Sudanese find him, Mr. Majak Agoot, Pagan Amum, Uyai Deng Ajak and Rebecca Nyandeng ugly son, Government of South Sudan have ‘to reinstall fire squat’. Superior SPLa boys have been killed by us, for minor offenses.

Treason, was a death sentence, during our liberation war. My aunt son, he knows how wrestle, when I was little boy, they came became back Abesh (so-called ethiopia) and came to cattle, a few day later, went wrestle with neibouring cattle camp. I was told not go, but l went. Mr. Nhial Yar (my aunt name), wrestled the neigbouring cattle camp down, a second man came, he was again wrestled down and third man came they didn’t want to wrestle each down, the referees intervened and said “Akɔɔc” probably their wrestling prowess were equal. Nhial Yar, was kill fire squatted in Raat by Mr. Kuol Manyang, not him, but by the orders of SPLM/A with boys, they do anything, in today’s SPLM/A standards, they just wanted move back to here, really Arabs are. But they were considered rebellious.

Dimmo, Raat I and Raat II, Pakook and others, I just mentioned above were built by mighty SPLM/A. SPLM/A, was well organized than many governments here in Africa and some Europeans countries. We are the Ancient Egyptians fools. Armies don’t from ‘woods’ they come communities, armies are the building most things anyway. South Sudan is back fellows with a lot vengeance. Follow us fellows.>>>

Tomas Cirilla i think he have no right to disturbs peace in South Sudan by killing innocent vulnerable popn with no reason after he crupted assets of SPLA in the logistics and ran away for safety from the accountability to form army group. He must stop that kind of killing innocents civilians lives in Equatoria for no reasons.
