Makuei says state gov’ts, national legislature to be formed next week

JUBA – South Sudan information minister and government spokesman Michael Makuei Lueth has said that state governments and the national legislature will be formed next week.

Speaking to journalists in a press conference this morning in Juba, government spokesperson, Makuei said the government is in the process of implementing the agreement, noting that the state government will be formed by next week.

“We are almost reaching the end of the road whereby we will  now be in position to establish all state and local government institutions and other remaining national institutions and I hope that by next week we will be in position to establish all these,” Makuei told reporters.
