On Friday last week, the United Nations Security Council adopted a resolution to renew for a year, till May 31, 2022, an arms embargo against South Sudan as well as targeted sanctions of travel ban and asset freeze against individuals and entities.
The Resolution 2577, which was adopted with 13 votes in favor and two abstentions, extends until July 1, 2022, the mandate of the Panel of Experts, which assists the work of the South Sudan Sanctions Committee.
However, in a statement Sunday, South Sudan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation said the renewal of sanctions undermines the sovereignty of the world’s youngest country and will definitely affect the implementation of the peace agreement.
“These punitive measures undermine the sovereignty of the Nation, jeopardize progress of the implementation of the Revitalized Agreement on Resolution of the Conflicts in the Republic of South Sudan,” it said.
The statement said the planned graduation of the unified forces provided for in the revitalized peace agreement will greatly be affected becoming clear that there would not be graduation of forces in the near future, if any at all.
“By extending arms embargo, graduation of the National Unified Forces (NUF) will greatly be affected, and will eventually weaken South Sudan to ascertain herself socially, economically, politically and in any unprecedented aggression internally or externally,” the statement said.
More people are still dies even though the political wars have stopped that mean the arms embargo sanction wouldn’t prevent violence. Youths in South Sudan are full armed with big machines guns and for government to carrying a disarmament exercises, the National Army have to be equipped strong than the youths and this is why the government is desperately asking the United nations security council to lift the arms embargo sanction.
I think the United nations Security council need to lift arms embargo sanction on South Sudan otherwise, should anything happen then, the United nations security council is going to be blamed just like what happened in Rwanda genocide when the government asking UN Peacekeepers to stayed unfortunate, they refused and the genocide took place after when they left Rwanda. Here in South Sudan, the case is absolutely very complicated matter, millions youths in the communities are fully armed themselves with deadly weapons and I think the United nations security council is aware about that. South Sudan nation is a young country and its lack so many things for Defense and the sanctions against new nation came at the wrong time when young nation cannot be able to defending itself and this is very concerning even though the civil war is on. The United nations security council must review its and final Lifting arms embargo sanction so that, the young nation will carrying the process of implementation and also dealing with armed youths in the communities.
Its lovely to urge our Government in newly Nation, South Sudan, if you failed to implement revitalised peace agreement, then our Nations. South Sudanese will pays alot of prices. Even the current Government too. Because the ungraduated forces, if they left cantonment site, without graduate they terrorise any one in South Sudan. This is the importance warning.

Russia Federations is going to retain her own seat, People republic of China are going to retain their own seat, the UK, France and the corporate America piece of trash are not going to a seat in UNSC again. The US may still get a seat if she going to survive our bombings, reasons, pure HATRED and RACISM.
We going to get our seat back, Germany is going to get her seat back, Japan is going her seat back, big population of Nigeria piece of trash will get their seat in the UNSC, Abesh (so-called ethiopia) piece of trash would be bombed back to Yemen and Saudi Arabia, other two seats would shared by the Bantuses countries. Syria, Iran and Turkey in Middle East are going to get their seats in UNSC, India and Myanmar, Indonesia (big Muslim country in population) and Australia in Asia and pacific are going to get their UNSC seats.
Canada, Mexico, Venezuela, Brazil and Chile are going to get their UNSC seat, the indigenous unuits from Yukon to Denmark deserve their own UNSC and other indigenous of South America of Mr. Evo Morales, they need their seat in UNSC. Whether you like or not, they will your foolish butts to go home.
