S. Sudan’s water minister in Iraq for international water conference 

South Sudan's minister of water resources and irrigation Manawa Peter Gatkuoth Gual has arrived in the Iraqi capital Baghdad for a one-week international water conference that is set to begin on Saturday, according to a statement by the ministry.

BAGHDAD – South Sudan’s minister of water resources and irrigation Manawa Peter Gatkuoth Gual has arrived in the Iraqi capital Baghdad for a one-week international water conference that is set to begin on Saturday, according to a statement by the ministry.

“The Minister of Water Resources and Irrigation Hon. Manawa Peter Gatkuoth Arrived at Baghdad International Airport, Iraq to attend the 1st Baghdad International Water Conference which is Due to Take Place Tomorrow on Saturday 13 March 2021 in Iraqi Capital Baghdad,” the statement by the water ministry said.

“He was received at Baghdad International Airport by the Iraqi minister of water resources and Irrigation H.E Eng. Mahdi Rashid,” the statement added.
