JUBA – A South Sudanese civil society organization, the Citizens for National Solidarity, has rebutted the People’s Coalition call for civil disobedience in the country saying the calls are meant to benefit certain individuals.

On 30 July, a group of Civil Society Organizations, Think Tank and academia, concerned intellectuals, and advocates formed People’s Coalition for Civil Action to campaign for civil disobedience.

Few days after the declaration of the coalition, the National Security Service (NSS) arrested two of the leaders of the movement, Augustino Ting Mayai and a former state governor, Kuel Aguer Kuel, for signing the declaration.

The National Security shut down the Sudd Institute, a think tank involved in the creation of the People’s Coalition for Civil Action, and issued arrest warrants for Rajab Mohandis and Abraham Awolich, two other signatories of the declaration, who have gone into hiding.

The Citizens for National Solidarity said the call for civil action against the unity government will jeopardize the peace implementation of the 2018 peace deal.

“The call for civil disobedience which can jeopardize peace implementation and cause panic among the people who are currently rebuilding their lives after the return of peace in the country,” Michael Mading Akueth, the team leader told reporters at a press conference yesterday.

“The call for civil action against the government is dangerous, misleading and it can easily trigger violence in the country again,” Mading added.

James Mohandis Apugi, a member of the Citizens for National Solidarity called on citizens to disregard the call for civil action which aims to sabotage the government’s efforts to restore peace in the country.

“We are calling for peaceful coexistence and call on the citizens to give the government a chance to implement the peace agreement,” Mohandis told reporters at Friday’s press conference in Juba.

Juma Mabor Marial, an advocate warned citizens against been by individuals to achieve their personal interests.

“We don’t want our people to be misled on the basis of private interests and this is why we are trying to reach out to our citizens that there are different avenues under the peace agreement of 2018 that can help us to address this issue,” Mabor told reporters on Friday.

The peaceful atmosphere we are currently enjoying is worthy of praise and our full support. Though it looked shaky when it began, the achievements gained so far and the reconciliation breaking across the parties to the Agreement give us hope that things are turning slowly. And this ain’t for nothing! Calling for civil disobedience and violence at this most critical hour in the Country is a hasty and dangerous gambit by self-interest groups, and may return back the country to war.

“South Sudan activists dismiss calls for civil disobedience as ‘private’ project”

Yes, there is nothing wrong with activism with a cause. Many South Sudanese played a huge of activism with even non South Sudanese in other countries around world, during our genuine war of independence. But what South Sudanese who want this vicious cycle instability in the country want is. South Sudanese people are fed up, they want to move on with their lives, Everyone know the current peace arrangement isn’t even close to what many South Sudanese really want. But the permutation for over 11 millions South Sudanese to arrive at ‘one particular agenda’ would be impossible.

And that is South Sudanese with brains, call for others to ‘stick this current arrangement’ while cast their nets wide to look for best solution, that will replace this current arrangement. And this is precisely through elections, ‘our old guards’ have let South Sudanese people’s guards down’ And they know it. South Sudanese people would want to try ‘the young guards’. Where they in the government or in oppositions. Our old guards would be simply asked to ‘retire uncles’. They have done their heavy lifting of liberating our country and our people.

They would always be consulted by ‘the young guards’ about difficult issues and others. After all, South Sudanese have this saying ‘whatever an elder sees while he/she is seated on his/her own chair, it would take a young boy/girl to climb a very tall tree to spot’
Elders have been around and they know the game, Even during our war with Arab North, some senior Jesh El Aswuat (black army) were used to be brought to our Jesh El Amer (Red army) battalions, because, they were battle harden guys, And they did proved their worth our Jesh El Amer successes in battle fields.

It is a national shame that our mighty SPLM/A heroes who took up from villages, cattle camps and towns. And blasted our enemies without being by anyone, their selfless gallantry and sacrifices is being ‘dragged down in the mud’.

South Sudanese people, must reflect. If our heroes of 105 Platoon, 106 platoon, Koryom (Locust/Grasshopper) division, Muɔr Muɔr division, A luɛ̈k Luɛ̈k Zal Zal one (Earth Quake) and A luɛ̈k Luɛ̈k Zal Zal (Earth Quake) two, divisions and others, would rise from the death to day, they may ‘bomb us or messing up things’. The Arabs have not gone anywhere. They are still in our ‘El Khartoum, some parts of Abesh so-called ethiopia) prostitute, Djibouti, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Yemen, evil juus (so-called israel) attack dog, the evil infested island of England, here in our country and over our people, vermins/parasites/viruses of UNMISS of India, Pakistanis, Nepalese, Bangladeshis, Sri Lankans, some of their Bantuses of Democratic republic of Congo (D.R.C), Central Africa republic (C.A.R), Rwanda, Angola, Malawi, Zambia, Zimbabwe (our ally), Mozambique, South Africa, Namibia, Kenya and some of their low lives, who have been made to live over the back of other people and their countries.

And they are projected to be equal with others, when they are lowliest and the lowliest the food chain.

The cheap and most dirtiest games and their masters are often propagated to believe is their so-called *UN NEW WORLD GOVERNMENT, GOVERNMENT WITHOUT BORDERS or their AFRICAN UNITY and REGIONAL INTEGRATION* Being propagated by bunch lowly educated ‘secret societies and foreign criminals’ who covet our country and our to death. And they thought, we are their equals.

Lowly informed South Sudan, WW3, is going to start here in South Sudan. Let piece of trash, brings these vermins/parasites/viruses into our country and over our people, ever ever again. And that South Sudanese people of trash, would be as good as dead, reasons, pure HATRED and RACISM.

These vermins/parasites/viruses, have been living fantasy-land. War of attrition, grind grind grind South Sudan and South Sudanese people down like Eastern Democratic republic of Congo, and use South Sudan as a begging bowl around the world and then come used what begged on the name of South Sudanese people and South Sudan. In up scales hotels, in Nairobi, Kampala, Adis Ababa, Khartoum, Kigali, Bujumbura, Dar El Salam, Johannesburg et al.

Fellows, who do you lives really think, you really are? Bring it on, we are waiting for you piece of trashes.

    Fellows, we have been telling
