JUBA – South Sudan government has said that it is alarmed by the high-speed rise in coronavirus cases after the ministry of health said 57 more people have been tested positive for COVID-19, the illness caused by the novel coronavirus.
The ministry of health said all the latest coronavirus cases are South Sudan saying the cases were speeding upward with an alarming rate.
The ministry of health said two people have died in the last 24 hours and that three have two have recovered.
The government said the country now has 347 active cases of coronavirus, six deaths and four recoveries.
