JUBA – A Ugandan lawmaker has claimed that there are no laws in South Sudan and that the South Sudanese people kill with impunity urging the government of Ugandan to evacuate Ugandan nationals in the country.

In a televised parliamentary session on Wednesday, member of the Ugandan parliament Gilbert Olanya said many Ugandan citizens who are stuck in Juba need to be evacuated because South Sudan has no laws to protect against killings.

“Juba is closed and sealed off,” the lawmaker who is not identified in the televised parliamentary seating said. “….people are not being allowed to leave Juba. What we need to hear from the minster, what are the strategies that they put in place to rescue Ugandans who are in Juba as per now?”

Gilbert Olanya is an ignorant fool who has no experience of South Sudan. can he clearly indicate names of those killing ugandan in South Sudan? i witnessed in 2013, and 2016 when Ugandan authority sent buses to evacuate ugandans, is he aware of what happened?
