JUBA — South Sudan National Revenue Authority has blocked bank accounts of 10 companies over failure to pay taxes amounting to 10 billion South Sudanese pounds, Ajang Ajang Lino, Deputy Commissioner for Domestic Tax said on Tuesday.

Speaking to reporters in Juba on Tuesda, AJang warned that any company that fails to clear its arrears will have its properties seized.

“We have blocked their bank accounts and we have asked the banks to transfer the revenue to the account of National Revenue Authority either through the Bank of South Sudan or commercial banks. If the taxpayer is lacking money in those accounts the next thing is to seize their properties and put them on public auction,” Ajang said.

“We have served notice to about 10 companies maybe to a tune of 10 billion South Sudanese pounds and these are from different sectors, some of them are construction, some of them are general trading companies and airlines, and the rest of the detail rest with the national revenue authority for confidentiality purpose,” he added.

He said the foreign companies have been avoiding paying their taxes and shifting profits to their home countries.

“Over time a number of taxpayers have not been complying with taxpaying and this has resulted in accumulation of arrears, majority of people come to South Sudan to do business and they take away the profit that could have come to the government,” he said.

“South Sudan taxation system is on the principle of self-assessment, the taxpayers declare what they intended to pay within a year, previously, the government has not been closely following up to ensure the taxes are collected but the trends have changed and the tax authority is actually on the forefront to ensure that they implement the tax law in letter and spirit,” he added.

That is the way it is. *No more evil white Americans, English people, their cloned so-called Arab of North Sudan, Abeshas (so-called ethiopians) prostitutes, some of their Bantuses, their evil juus (so-called israelis) attack dogs, their gulf Arab terrorists and financiers, their UN, their sleazy NGOs and their United Nation missions in South Sudan (UNMISS) of Indians, Nepalese, Bangladeshis, Pakistanis, Rwandans, Nigerians, Ghanaians. The evils who have attached themselves to our country and over our people, always used what ‘I post here online and take it as theirs. And they think, they are our equals. there is what they called ‘artificial intelligent (AI)) or machine learning’—–yeah, *it is just artificial—–engineered by human beings*. Here at John Garang Memorial University, Jonglei, Careful fellows. It is just a day old college, but it is going to compete real colleges who do pure mathematics and Engineering. forth rate universities of Uganda, Kenya, Abesh (so-called ethiopia) prostitutes or South Africa. I studied at Nakuru High school, Kenya, rift valley, the McCgill University, in Montreal, Canada, civil engineering, the University of NSW, Sydney, Australia. Young boys/girls do superior mathematics in those colleges I just mentioned above. Some of them are not. The University of Juba, Attracts most young South Sudanese and lecturers, they want to go and live In Juba?! Yeah!, The University of Kiirtoum (Khartoum), University Cairo and the university of Alexandria, Egypt, used to lure well educated boys and girls.

But these days, not anymore, we know the reasons as to why?
