JUBA – South Sudan Police Service (SSPS) has announced that it is offering at least 2 million South Sudanese pound for information leading to arrest of at least four serial killers and kidnappers.
According to a police statement, the four criminals have been active along the highways between the capital Juba and areas within Central Equatoria state.
It said that the criminals have been killing and kidnapping passengers along the busy Central Equatoria state highways.
“This is to inform the general public that police is looking for the following persons whose pictures appear below, with help for their arrest police is putting up two million South Sudanese pounds for any person who will give information that will lead to their arrest,” the statement said pointing to pictures of the alleged criminals.
“These groups have involved in kidnapping people, torturing, maiming and killing if the relatives of victims failed to pay Ransom. This trend happened along Juba – Yei road , Terekeka road , kajo keji road and mundri highway,” the police statement concluded.
