OPINION – The cancellation of the sovereign guarantee for Amou General Trading signed by the Executive Director in the office of the President on the directive of H.E the President is not a bad idea as termed by the public, because the second God in every country is the President. However, those who advised the President on that matter have killed the speech of the President when he addressed the lawmakers of the Revitalized Transitional National Legislative Assembly (R-TNLA) on August 30, 2021 at the Freedom hall.

HE the President did talk about implementation of R-ARCSS services to the people, of which the President mentioned many programs of infrastructure such like roads, bridges among others for the implementation of R-ARCSS. You can start with security arrangements, disarmament of the civil population, transformation of security sectors and law enforcement agencies, return of IDPs to their residences, reconciliation process, census and preparations for election, etc.

President also talked of rendering services to the people, these includes health, education, food security, clean drinking water and electricity among others.

By advising President Salva Kiir Mayardit to cancel the loan, where will he get the money or resources to implement all those projects he mentioned in his speech to the lawmakers on August 30, 2021? Maybe our people may be concerned of managing of the loan amount. I am not economist to determine the reasons why HE the President decided to call off the proceeding of loan. Is it IMF and World Bank that have interfered with threats while they have failed in all these years to grant loans to us except China?

South Sudan has so many minerals that untapped apart from oil, what if we explore such like gold, diamond and more, we can pay back any loan within a short time. The issue of mismanagement or corruption in the country should not be a condition set to deny the government from getting loan anywhere. We have laws in this country and an institution established the anti-corruption Commission.

In the conclusion, my appeal to the President for the interest of this country: we need that loan to let the government deliver services to our people. I urge President to reverse the order of cancelled loan document. We cannot assume for mismanagement of loans, if the foreign banks I mentioned above are behind the cancellation of loan then, we are finished. If it is not possible to reverse the order for the cancellation of loans then, HE the President Kiir should call off his speech on infrastructures and other services he promised during his speech to the lawmakers at Freedom hall.

All loans given to South Sudan should be placed in internationally .onitored escrow accounts. Monies only distributed to projects when milestone activities have been achieved. No more dura sagas desired.
And contracts awarded also visible, not only for content but also cost, thereby allowing independent oversight. No more 10 million $ projects inflated to 40 million $ (of which 30 million $ get siphened off)

      Deng deng Bol,

Is that your name or just some South Sudanese name you suckers just take online and used as them your own names,. Careful low lives. take other people’s names is punishable by death here in South Sudan. My name is father name is Bol (some one born after the twins, my first name Gol—–a wolf-like-dogs here in the Nilotic plains and valleys. They are very dangerous animals, they hunt in packs/groups, they don’t antelope speed or Kuac/leopards speed. But they have patience. They bring down antelopes. But if the antelopes, they chasing for a meal join the flock of antelopes, there is nothing the packs Gol wild dog can do. they can look for some where else. Probably they can resort to scavenging, where a few lions and might have a kill, then then can just kicked out a few lions out of feed.

Gol kill lions all the times, because hunt numbers. Even hyanas, kill lions and get away with with and it eat lion. Our long horns cattle in Nilotic plains and valleys, sometimes, kill lions of give birth to calves in our Nilotic plains and valleys without, Muonyjaangs/Jaangs/Jenges/Dinkas looking after them and their calves, a lion would be found in morning lying dead , gored to the death by our long horn cattle, mostly here in Jonglei, Upper Nile and Lake states. It the were hunting pack like Gol , they killed our cattle and get, they used speared long time ago. But these South Sudanese think, the lions leeway. Lions don’t play games with our cattle all of the times, they go and play with antelopes, Anyaar (buffaloes) in the plains. The dangerous and elusive which always games with the Muonyjiengs/Jaangs/Jenges/Dinkas sheeps and goats—–is leopards, they are shit, they don’t of villages and play games with antelopes

The so-called elephant grass is here in South Sudan, The this time of the year. they watch here Dinkas/Muonyjaangs babies with sheep and goats, if the young babies are distracted, a leopard can quikcly sheep or and took and hide it on the tree, when caught, they out the Muonyjiengs/Jaangs/Jenges/Dinkas. Long times ago ‘kuac’ was hunted down (leopards and skinned) and dance with it skin, to show others that you are dangerous as leopards,.

Authorities, in South Sudan even say, that leopards have been sharing South Sudan with South Sudanese people. our North Sudan and our Egypt. They are not our real enemies. White Americans, the English people, their cloned so-called arab of North Sudan, Abeshas (so-called ethiopians) prostitutes, their UN, sleazy NGOs, their evil juus (so-called israelis) attack dogs, UNMISS of Indians, Pakistanis, Nepalese, Bangladeshis, Sri Lankans, fellows, watch. Pure HATRED and RACISM is here>>>>

Why was the loan c/o Amou General Trading and not the Ministry of Finance and Planning that is a custodian of the national budget?
